[3D] 3D Animation 3D Rendering 3D Modeling

For German rapper Souly's studio project "MOTH MUSIC", we 3D-modeled and animated a moth. The moth appears on the cover artwork, multiple music videos and as an interactive feature in the artist's online shop.

Souly's album cover: a pale close-up of a face with closed eyes and a moth at the lips, with the "MOTH MUSIC" logo in the lower left corner.

Moth Music Cover

3D head model for the cover with its mesh overlaid: a fine grid over the skin, eye, nose, lips and ear highlighted in blue with red marker points.
Grey render of the moth from above without the wireframe: furry triangular wings and two feathered antennae on black.
Just when you think it can’t get any better, even more beautiful work appears. Wow.
